| Tracy is a professional and committed Training and Development Consultant specialising in the development, design and delivery of a wide variety of training, including: call centre, sales, negotiation, NLP, presentation skills, customer care, coaching, management/leadership, communication, team development, change management and interpersonal skills training. Tracy regularly delivers both public and in-house, company specific training courses. |
| After leaving high school with 7 O levels and 2 A levels, she graduated from Lancashire College with a HND in Business and Finance. She then followed this with her banking exams. She is also a graduate of the St. Martins School of languages. She is an NLP Practitioner and has recently been awarded a Diploma in Coaching. |
| Before becoming a self employed training consultant, her background was as a corporate sales manager for a major retail bank, before moving into the position of national sales training and development manager. |
| She has acted as a consultant trainer to a number of blue chip companies such as IBM, Barclays Bank PLC, AXA Insurance, CIBA, Vodafone, BT plus many others, in the U.K., Channel Isles, Spain, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Cyprus, Caribbean, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Arab Emirates. |
