| Sylva has experience in analysing training needs, and designing and delivering training events, across many Sectors. These events have covered sales, customer service, communication, leadership, coaching, negotiation, management skills and performance management. |
| She has over 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry, including Portfolio Management, Sales management, IT Implementation and training on a national basis. Sylva prides herself in delivering business-focused events that have a real and positive impact on the business. |
| Continuous development of her own skills is very important to Sylva. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an accredited coach and an NVQ Assessor, Sylva is also an NLP practitioner. |
| Sylva has worked with many organisations internationally, including Barclays Bank, Barclaycard, Marks and Spencer Financial Services, John Ryan International, Levi Strauss & Co, Thresher, Wimpey, Group 4 and NOA Media Services. |
