This is to confirm that Sales Training International Ltd delivered several training courses on Customer Service, Effective Written Communication and Teamwork for the Student Enrolment Advisors Team of Study Group.
The courses were customised to meet our requirements to help the student enrolment advisors improve customer service, communication and to create a good team environment in a multi-national team. The participants found the customer service course to be very useful, they learned how to handle different types of customers and how to maximise sales through good service. The teamwork course brought forward the dynamics of the team, it helped the participants to understand each other's different cultures/personalities and bond well as a team.
The participants were very impressed with the trainers in depth knowledge of the subjects and his training style, he was very perceptive about people and he was able to engage the participant in a very friendly and professional manner. The training course was an excellent success!
I have seen a positive attitude shift in customer service and teamwork within the team after completing the courses.
