Simon has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute Of Management Consultants and the Strategic Account Management Association. He has recently achieved accreditation to administer and interpret Myers Briggs Type Instruments (MBTI) which he has used successfully on a number of recent programmes.
He moved from line management into a position with a major London-based marketing consultancy, Marketing Dynamics Ltd, in 1989 and ran many successful projects for clients such as The Royal Mail, Trusthouse Forte and Unigate Dairies. Simon became increasingly involved in the development and conduct of training programmes resulting from such project work and moved to focus on training full-time in 1996. He has more than 10 years experience in all aspects of Training and Development. Today he is in great demand as a Seminar Speaker and works as a Consultant and Training and Development expert for major international organisations.
