| How the course works |
| Delegates will be able to look at the fundamental elements of effective delegation, both from the viewpoint of delegating to a team and that of being delegated to. |
| They will be given a process to ensure that they choose the right tasks to delegate, they choose the right person to carry out the task and they provide the right amount of support throughout the process. |
