Course Aim

How to motivate is one of the essential skills of leadership. Today's manager, facing ever increasing competition and efficiencies, must be able to use every technique available in order to improve work productivity and deliver the highest performance.

This highly practical course explores the subject of motivation from the very beginnings of mankind to its effective use in 21st century business.
