How the course works
Delegates will be given the different characteristics of effective leadership detailing the difference between leading a team and managing one.
The course will cover all the key skills that a Team Leader will require in a sales environment and will help them to extract the best from their own performance as well as that from their teams.
Finally, they will be given an opportunity to put into practice the skills they have assimilated.
