After studying electronics he began his career in radio communications before moving into defence engineering and then the selling of equipment management services. For the last 8 years Howard has worked as a training consultant.
Since becoming a training consultant, Howard has worked with a variety of major companies in the pharmaceutical, FMCG and engineering sectors. He specialises in the training of new sales executives, focusing on the full sales cycle from gaining initial appointments to turning the new account in to a key account. He also specialises training the telephone sales executive to sell effectively over the phone and retail sales training.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and a qualified Practitioner of NLP. He is also a qualified accelerated learning trainer, enabling him to make his training fun, interactive and multi sensory. Howard believes passionately in the development of others and is licensed to run the very powerful Strength Deployment Inventory® A tool that allows us to understand others, and ourselves then build meaningful business relationships that lead to profitable business.
