Please take this letter as a reference for the PA course that was delivered to our PAs and receptionists at Everton Football Club by Sales Training International

Everton Football Club wanted to ensure that the PAs and Receptionists within the organisation worked as a team and created a professional image for the club. I spoke to Tracy about our needs and we worked together to customise a PA course to suit the roles here at Everton. The session achieved a good balance between theory and practice and the training was interactive and fun. The feedback that I received from the delegates included some of the following comments:
