I have been delighted with the support and the training that Sales Training International has provided over the last 12 months. As your name suggests, you are experts in providing tailored sales training and we have utilised your services to run several programs to up-skill our Field based Engineers in the techniques of selling whilst remaining clearly focussed on the high level of customer service we expect.

You will also be aware that we have used your International expertise for our Call Centre in Madrid. You were able to perform a training needs analysis (TNA) based on the information we provided and your vast experience of call centres in Europe. The process was further helped by the multi-lingual skills that your team possesses. So accurate was this TNA, that I would suggest over 80% of the recommendations have already been implemented.
