David Johnson

David has worked in performance improvement consultancy since 1993, before which he was the personnel and training manager of a large UK, multi-site company.

As a consultant, trainer, account manager, project manager and director, his experience as a top level manager in a multi - site UK company means he has developed world class people skills. He has been responsible for the design, development and delivery of performance improvement programmes and business solutions in a wide range sectors in the UK, Europe, India and The Middle East and delivers inspirational training and development at all levels.

David's expertise includes senior management development, business improvement, performance management, personal development, sales, recruitment and selection, HR management, competencies, customer service development and team-building. He also designs business games, and plans and runs a wide variety of bespoke corporate events.

He has a capacity for hard work, a high degree of professionalism and an infectious enthusiasm for what he does. His approach is always to deliver fresh and innovative programmes, which lead to measurable and sustained results. He has a passion for excellent service and for helping people develop their skills and knowledge so that they can achieve their aspirations, deliver superb service and achieve the best results for the business.

David is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (FITOL) and has a PhD in human resources. He is also a tutor and assessor for the Chartered Management Institute, qualified to the highest level (7) executive diploma.
