He is a qualified NLP Business Practitioner, Member of the Association of NLP, an associate of the Institute of Management Consultancy and an accredited trainer for the British Computer Society's ISEB IS Consultancy Practice accreditation.

Based on Bill's extensive experience in line and human resources management, and with 18 years consulting and training experience, he specialises in helping managers and staff develop their personal competencies. He frequently advises in the context of changes in business strategy. He has worked in the Middle East (living in Kuwait for 2 years and working in Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and Iraq) and delivered training in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, USA, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Malta, France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Norway and UK. Bill consulted to clients in the Electronics, Oil, Automotive, Telecommunications, IT, Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Retail, Health, Aerospace industries, and in the Government.
